About me

After many years creating cakes for family and friends, I decided that there might be some truth in their comments about how delicious they were!
So I'm spreading the love, and hoping to be able to fill a (cake) hole in the celebrations of those who love cake but can't eat wheat or dairy too.
I run Paper Doyleys from my home on Devon's Jurassic Coast. I hold my Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification and my premises are registered with the local authority achiving a 5/5 rating with the Food Standards Agency.
